I Quit

Let me go ahead and say it out loud: I quit.

I quit shrinking myself to fit into spaces that were never meant for me. I quit saying "yes" out of guilt when my soul is screaming "no. "I quit being available for people who are never available for me. I quit pretending like I'm fine when I'm actually tired, healing, and needing time to breathe. I quit chasing perfection. I quit forcing connections. I quit negotiating my worth.

Sis, sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is quit.

We were raised to push through. To endure. To smile and keep the peace. But the truth is, some things were never meant to be carried this long. Some roles, relationships, and routines are simply expired—and you know it in your spirit.

This season is about unbecoming everything you're not, so you can return to who you’ve always been: whole, wise, worthy.

You are allowed to leave the job, the friendship, the expectations, the mask. You are allowed to quit surviving and start living.

You don’t owe anybody an explanation for choosing your peace. You only owe it to yourself to live a life that feels like truth.

So if you needed a sign—this is it.

Quit. Release. Reset. Reclaim your power.

Your authentic self is waiting on the other side of “I quit.”
